Whispering Pines is a residential community of 2100 people in the Sandhills of North Carolina, an area well-known for its mild climate and desirable lifestyle. The Village was founded in 1959 and was the first to be incorporated under the laws of North Carolina by an act of the State General Assembly in 1969. Whispering Pines Residents come from many different places, but they all share a dedication to maintaining the integrity of the Village environment and the quality of life they enjoy.
